Exchange Program with a Host Family

Enjoy a renewable* academic year or semester at a public school. You’ll have the opportunity to fully immerse yourself in the country’s culture and customs by living with a local host family, with whom you can share your own culture, spend time, and learn from them. This option allows you to have an international experience at a very affordable cost. In these programs, you can choose the country but not the city or the school, and students must be between the ages of 15 and 18.*

Public school with homestay

Some countries promote international exchanges and accept foreign students in their public schools. This program involves staying with a host family but comes at a cost, so it is slightly more expensive than the exchange option with a volunteer family. This option, like the previous one, allows for a very comprehensive immersion experience, as you’ll not only experience the educational system but also live with a local family and learn more about the country’s culture and customs. With this option, you can choose the school you’d like to attend. Ages 13 to 18.*

Private school with homestay

The opportunity to fully immerse yourself in the host country’s culture while staying with a local host family is an excellent way to spend a semester or academic year at a private school. You can choose from a variety of private schools available in countries around the world. Ages 13 to 18.*
